Spiced Peaches

If you are lucky enough to find peaches this time of year, this is a great treat!
Spiced Peaches
Ingredients:
Crust:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese is the perfect winter comfort food.  Here’s a yummy recipe.
Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni 
2 1/2 tablespoon butter, divided
1 1/2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2  (6 ounces) cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dried unflavored breadcrumbs

I love this recipe as you get homemade rolls that don’t take all day to make.  Perfect for Christmas morning!

Pearberry Pie
Ingredients:
3 cups sliced peeled pears (3 to 4 med pears)
2/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cups blueberries
