Christine Steendahl – “The Menu Mom” has been helping families with meal planning since March, 2005. Her specialty is in traditional home style menus for busy families – featuring easy to prepare recipes the entire family will enjoy. She also runs the popular menu planning website Menu Planning Central , and frequently releases meal planning resources in her shop. Her weekly menus with categorized grocery shopping lists and her custom menu planning online software help bring busy families organization, time & money savings, and ultimately back to the family dinner table.
Christine resides in rural Illinois where the field corn and soybeans grow. (About 2 hours south of Chicago & 2 hours northwest of Indianapolis) She has been happily married to “Pastor Matt” since 1996 and together they raise their four children Ryan (2000), Christian (2002), Dane (2004) & Annika (2008).
