Fluffy Orange Pie Recipe
Yesterday the date was 3.14 or as we call it - Pi Day. I like to “celebrate” with my family by making a pie. I’ve yet to master a crust so I went onto Menu Planning Central looking for an easy choice.
There were a few recipes calling my name, but in the end I choose Fluffy Orange Pie. It called for a pre-made vanilla wafer crust. Perfect! To add to that it only calls for four ingredients {plus the crust}. The pie was quick to whip together – you only need to allow about 2 hours for the pie to chill before serving.
We all loved the taste – very refreshing. It would make a great summer pie when it’s too hot to turn the oven on! Enjoy!

Fluffy Orange Pie
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk, (not evaporated milk)
- 1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 9-inch vanilla wafer pie crust
- additional whipped cream, (optional)
- oranges, slices (optional)
- lemons, leaves (optional)
1. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then juice concentrate until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill 2 hours or until set.
2. Garnish with additional whipped cream, orange slices, and lemon leaves if desired.

Mmm, that “pi” looks good! Reminds me of a Cremesicle, one of my favorite childhood treats. You know, I have never used a vanilla wafer crust, just graham cracker. This might be a really good excuse to try one. Thanks for the recipe and the suggestion!
This is delicious!! I make this same pie but exchange the oj for frzn pink lemonade – wow. I may have to go the store for ingredients right this second!
I will be trying this one out this 4th of July weekend. Looks wonderful, and is relatively easy to make. My two requirements for any recipe.

So tempting. I’ve just forwarded this to my wife!
Hi,
Did you take the picture after you prepared this or is this a stock photo?
I really like the recipe and reading it makes me think that I can prepare something like this.
Of course, I start many a recipe after looking at a photograph something like this and end up totally messing it up.
That is the main reason of my asking the question.
@ steve….”So tempting. I’ve just forwarded this to my wife!”
What a great idea. I’m sure my love will say “I will” – Yeah Right!
Wow! Looks very yummy!.. I’ve always want to cook and bake but I’m to busy for that. I envy you.
