We will eat the left overs tomorrow. Tomorrow night we will have Frito Quiesdillas (SP) the kids love them and it is family game night so its perfect. I have been looking in my pantry which is starting to get bare, I am just not used to seeing so many holes LOL. But I am feeling good about this challenge, and I am having so much fun coming up with meal ideas just using what I have! Tonight we are having Manchiches. I made the meat mixture back in August! Found it now that I can move things around in the freezer. I did get out a little today. Had to buy buns for dinner tonight. Found spaghetti sauce at Target for $.84! I bought two jars and when I got home I wondered what I must have been thinking! I should have bought 5 jars at that price. I cannot make it for that nor can I buy it on sale at the BOGOF's for that either. If Target weren't so far across town,I would go back. Oh well. We continue to stick to our guns.
