Sorry I didn’t get this up last night…
Here was day four.
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs “N’ “leftover” ham & Smoothies. Smoothies were made from Frozen Peaches, Frozen Strawberries & Apple Cider blended up in the Vita-Mix. I totally meant to take a pictures and then remembered after it was pretty much devoured. If you need smoothie recipes, check out www.smoothieblends.com.
Lunch: Ryan’s Lunch Box Included: Homemade Strawberry Jam Sandwich (his favorite – he likes peanut butter, but not PB&J), Beef Jerky, an apple, baby carrots, string cheese, Go-Gurt, & Oreos. (he’s a growing boy!)
The rest of us had: Leftover spaghetti, celery with PB, yogurt, & Snap Pea Crisps (which I am totally addicted to – YUM! We’re on our last bag though, so we’ll have to survive without for awhile)
Dinner: Taquitos, Chicken Nuggets (I had just enough left for the boy who doesn’t like Taquitos), canned green beans & apple slices. Two more packages out of my freezer – YEA!
If you want to join us, be sure to sign-up with Mr. Linky on the original challenge post!

I do have to giggle a bit. I saw Ham Smoothies and thought “YIKES” I had to re read it LOL.
Thank you for sharing your challange, I think I may try it out for our family.
LOL Lisa – Knowing me, I could have easily typed that! I had to go back and re-read too after you left your comment.
Sounds like quite the challenge. I am a city girl apartment dweller so living out of my freezer/pantry would only take me to the end of the week. I should still give it a try though.
My daughter loves the snap pea crisps! Told her when her bag was finished she was out of luck for a while or she could use her allowance. I didn’t know anyone else had even heard of them!
