My friend Rebecca Knox is joining you in this adventure. Unfortunately, my stock of veggies and side dishes is pretty low. I have lots of meat; but, about all I have in veggies is the corn and the peppers I froze last summer! I am intrigued by the idea, however. I may just do the best I can to join you!
