Here is a fast but delicious dish to serve you family.  It is full of flavor and made the kitchen smell so good at our house!  We served this as our main dish, but you could add a protein, like grilled chicken, to the dish to make it more filling.  Everyone loved it at our house.

Garlic Broccoli Noodles

  • 16 0z penne pasta {or your favorite shaped noodle}
  • 6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 16 0z frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Place butter and minced garlic in a small saucepan.  Turn heat to warm and leave sit while you cook noodles.

Bring water to boil and cook noodles according to package.  Halfway through cooking time add broccoli to noodle pot.  Cook remaining time.  Drain and toss with garlic butter.

    I’m wondering why there is an asterisk next to thawed for broccoli? :)
