I have recently discovered my gluten intolerence, but I have not been tested for celiac disease. I have the classic symptoms of stomach ache, nausea, and intestinal problems. I started really experiencing them about 6 months after gastric bypass 10 years ago, but I did not know what the actual problem was and that it had a name.
My biggest question is that I want to be able to make my own gluten-free breads and bread-products, but I don’t know what I need to help the dough rise. Where can I get the supplies and not have to fork out an arm and a leg?
