Hot Chocolate Muffins
Do you ever try a recipe and think you could make this better? That is what happen to this one. I love all things chocolate and hot chocolate is one of my favorite drinks. To enjoy the taste in a muffin was something I had to give a try.
But the original recipe was lacking. They turned out dry and just not chocolate enough. So I played around with the recipe and came up with this great tasting alternative. Perfect with a cup of hot chocolate, or if it is your love, a cup of coffee!
