I’m a Maytag Kitchen Mom!

I have been so busy with orphan hosting this summer, that I haven’t had a chance to share my excitement yet! I have been chosen as a Maytag Kitchen Mom! Excited hardly explains how elated I am!
I spend many hours a week in the kitchen – cooking for 6 (currently 7) people - 3 meals a day, means tons of stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator use. It was only two short days after I received this exciting news, that my refrigerator died. Amazing how God provides for our needs before we even know it is a need! Our other appliances are probably not too far off from dying either – especially the dishwasher. So for this opportunity, I am truly grateful!
What does this mean? It means that Maytag will be delivering, very soon, a new oven/range, above the range microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator! I can’t wait to share my experiences with you over the next few months. I am particularly excited about the refrigerator. The ice-maker looks amazing (that is a must in our house!) and I have always wanted to try a fridge with the freezer on the bottom! This model has a middle fridge drawer as well. I am curious what we will think of that! The speed heat element on the stove sounds like it just might be my new favorite thing as well! And… they are all stainless steel! (I might have to change out the gold knobs on my cupboards to silver…)
At any rate, I just wanted to share my excitement! I will let you know when they arrive and I look forward to sharing with you what I think of them!
Disclosure: “I wrote this post participating in an Maytag Moms Dependable Kitchen Ambassador program by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Maytag. I was provided with a Maytag kitchen appliances set, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range to facilitate my post.”

Hey congratulations! You definitely have earned it this summer.
Congrats!!! That is awesome!!
That is wonderful! As a kitchen & bath designer, I am familiar with the products and, yes, you will LOVE the middle drawer – we have a similar refrigerator at our beach house and our five teenage kids have their snacks in there and stay out of the main section (or for the most part).
Since we rarely freeze food (it gets eaten too quickly in our household), having the freezer on the bottom is a huge plus and saves energy since the motor doesn’t have to work so hard to send cold air up – just the law of physics.
Congratulations! We continue to pray for your family (Sergiy included).

This sounds terrific. Congratulations. I’m eager to hear your experiences with Maytag.
I dread the day when my appliances go. Most are at least 20 years old.
Why are we always so surprised when God provides for us? LOL – It couldn’t happen to a nicer family. Congrats!
I know… so true that we so quickly forget His awesomeness!
