Kitchen Time

I finally got in some kitchen time on Saturday. It seems like things have been so busy lately that I have hardly had time to enjoy cooking! Pretty sad considering I’m “The Menu Mom”.
So Saturday I made:
Banana Pancakes & Bacon
Finger Jello
Pudding Pie
Homemade Macaroni & Cheese
Pot Roast with potatoes & carrots in the slow cooker
3 batches of Lemon Bars (for the new neighbors, a church meal & an evening Bible Study Group)
In the midst of making Lemon Bars I discovered I only had 5 eggs & needed 12! You’ll have to click on that link to read how I resolved that one!
So, who wants recipes? I have a Banana Pancake Recipe, Macaroni & Cheese Recipe & the best Lemon Bars Recipe. Anyone? Which one first – what’s your pick?

I would love the lemon bar recipe. We have new neighbors and that sounds like something I could make and take over there.
