It is a matter of making education fun and exciting. Teach them that carrots and celery and apples and crackers and coliflower and broccoli are fun choices and make you feel happy and good. It is also in the way you offer it to the kids. Make a plate to look like a smiling face and some ranch dip or yogert to eat with it. It is all about educating! Mother of two in Ohio.
