Microwave Corn on the Cob

I’ve noticed a recipe floating around Pinterest lately that I’ve been doing for years.  Funny how the simple things you do everyday do not always come to mind when you are sharing recipes!

This is the easiest way to cook corn on the cob.

You’ll need corn and a paper towel for each piece.

Wet the paper towel and wrap it around a cleaned cob.

Put them in the microwave for about 2 minutes per cob.  We had five this time, so I did 10 minutes.  We should have had six but I must have gotten sidetracked at the store.  That happens to you right?

After the finish, I like to let them set in the microwave for a few minutes.  They stay hot much longer than cooking them on the stove.  Unwrap and serve!

I have done them just in the husk before {soaked} which works well also, but the husk is super hot to get off.  You can also had butter and seasonings before you microwave if you want!
