I made up a new smoothie recipe today and it was so good I just had to share.  :)  

Peach Cheesecake Smoothie

1 bag of frozen peaches

3 c. fat free milk

1 c. fat free cool whip

1 small package – fat free sugar free cheesecake jello pudding mix

Blend and serve – makes 6 servings
