Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

I have one child who L-O-V-E-S peanut butter.  He loves it so much he took a jar to camp just in case they did not have any the whole week he was away.  He just could not take the chance of not enjoying it for a week!

When I came across this recipe I knew I had to give it a try for him.  I would be perfect to take for a holiday party.  If you want to take apples with the dip, cut them the day before and soak them in ginger ale over night.  Drain them before you plate them and they will not turn brown and have a great flavor themselves.

Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Mix all ingredients until well blended and fluffy.  Chill.
