Pineapple Fruit Dip

I can not believe this crazy heat wave that we are having.  I am ready for a bit cooler weather, are you?  We do not have air at our house, so meal time is something that take little time to cook or is cold.

Snacks go the same way.  I want to be sure my children are staying hydrated and eating healthy.  This dip is a great way to add some fruit to their day and is easy to whip up.  You can save calories by using a lower fat cream cheese.  If your children are like mine, this will disappear quickly!

Pineapple Fruit Dip

  • (2) 8oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained, juice reserved
  • 1 small box French vanilla pudding

Mix all ingredients, using reserved juice as needed to make the dip creamy.  Chill till set.  Serve with your favorite fruit, wafers or graham crackers.
