Rhubarb Anyone?
Do you have a favorite rhubarb recipe? I’d love for you to share! Our rhubarb is ready and I’m trying to decide what to make! I have a crisp recipe, and a fritter recipe, but if you have a favorite, please share!

I love strawberry rhubarb swirl–Its my family’sb and friends favorite—I can even get people who don’t like rhubarb to eat it as they taste the strawberry jello in it and it hides the bite of the rhubarb. Just google strawberry/rhubarb swirl–thats how I found it. If you can’t find it- email me and I will look it up and find it for you. It has instant pudding, whipped cream, strawberry jello, sugar, and rhubarb-and a graham cracker crust.
