If you’re looking for a quick, tasty salad recipe to bring along to your next barbecue or pot luck, then do I have the recipe for you! The only time-consuming part of this recipe is slicing the pineapple and strawberries – everything else is super quick and easy. I made this salad for dessert the other night, and my kiddos devoured it!

Simple Fruit Salad

  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced in half
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 1 large bunch of grapes
  • 1/2 pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 TBS instant vanilla pudding mix

Place all of the fruit in a large bowl. Sprinkle vanilla pudding powder over the top. Stir well to combine. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour, or overnight. Serve cold.
