Strawberry Yogurt Pops

Summer has been so HOT this year – has it been that way at your home?  Since we do not have air at our house I’m always looking for cool treats to have on hand.  This one, with only three ingredients, is perfect!  It makes about 8 Popsicles {at least in my containers}, so we double it to be sure we have enough!

What cool treats does your family like in the summer?

Strawberry Yogurt Pops

  • 2 {16 oz} containers Strawberry Yogurt {I used Greek Yogurt}
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Mix all ingredients in blender till smooth.  Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze.

    I thought we were nearly the only people in the U.S. without air conditioning. :) It has been very hot and humid here in Virginia this summer. Thank goodness for refrigerated fruit and fresh veggies. These pops sound great. Will make some this weekend.
    Thanks for the recipe.
