Super Easy Chicken Supper
This is what we are having for dinner tonight – thought I’d share!
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans of cream soup (whatever you have on hand chicken, celery, broccoli, mushroom)
Minced Onion (dry or fresh)
Seasoning Salt
2 T. Butter
2 c. Shredded Cheese (cheddar, Pizza Blend – whatever you have on hand & sounds good)
Rice or Noodles
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. While it is preheating, place butter in a 9×13 pan and place in the oven to melt.
2. Remove pan from oven when butter has melted and place chicken breasts on top of butter.
3. Cover chicken breasts with cream soup. Bake for 35 min.
4. Add shredded cheese and bake 15 min. longer.
5. Serve chicken over prepared rice or noodles.
Serve with steamed broccoli, green beans or a side salad.
