These sound delicious! Thank you for the recipe.
I think I may have to give this recipe a try soon. My husband loves anything lemon. I just made him my lemon-sugar cookies last night…
I was looking around for a super simple lemon desert recipe and this certainly looks to fit the bill.
I’m not the best cook or baker by any stretch, but I think I can handle this recipe, or at least give it a shot.
My taste buds are tingling.
Thanks
Lemon bars take me back to my Aunt’s house in Chicago. Something about her shortbread made them hard to resist. thanks for posting, I’ll have to try these.
Taylor, like you I am not hugely confident in my baking abilities but can assure you that this recipe is pretty much foolproof! It’s also a great one to make with kids- long enough that they’re occupied for a while, but not too laborious that they lose interest. And there’s relatively little mess too which is always a bonus. Thanks for posting this recipe- I made when some friends came round and it was a big hit!
