I just came across this news story. It is from last year, so maybe some of you have already read it. Essentially it is about a little boy who can only eat chicken, tuna, carrots, potatoes, grapes and apples. I can not even imagine! Thankfully none of our children have allergies but I know allergies seem to be becoming more and more prevelent among children. Do your children have food allergies? If so, please leave me a comment about what types of foods are restricted. Perhaps someday we will have a new product geared towards your needs!

My oldest daughter is allergic to food dyes and preservatives. We weren’t aware at the time just how controversial the diagnosis was, apparently people don’t believe that! And also just how many things contain food dye. We’ve learned to adapt and now it’s much easier.

I also was wondering if you know anyhting about the Glutin Free Casein free diet… That seems so hard to me . I bought some books on it and a cookbook . but it overwhelms me . My son is 8 years old july 28th. and is very hyper active He has never been diagnosed with ADHD but he is always on the move, cant seem to focus on 1 thing for a perios of time.He is very smart and reads on a 5th grade level just very hyper and inattentive.1 Im afraid of the medacines so I havent even tried that road.. Sorry for the big Story. Just was wondering if there was anyone else that has tried this diet and if it has worked for them. I dont even know how to get started considering I also have a 2 year old and a 10 year old. do I do this for everyone or just Him. I dont want to make him feel singled out… Thanks

Our son is allergic to nuts and I’m allergic to shellfish. They’re both two of my husband’s favorite food categories - poor guy! Just found your site and about to shop for our first week of meals. You’ve saved me so much time and frustration.
Thanks!
