What Can My Kids Help With in the Kitchen?

After the last post of the boys helping in the kitchen I had a few questions about exactly what kids can do in the kitchen to help.  I have answered a few questions privately, but one of our moms at Menu Planning Central sent me this link from Kraft Cooking By Age which is great!  So I thought I would share.  If you have your kids help out in the kitchen and you’ve done other things – please share in the comments below!
