Who Grills at Your House?

Who grills at your house? I just received an email from Susanne,
The Hillbilly Housewife, where she revealed that at her house it
used to only be her husband who grills. (That has changed this
summer for her!) Confession time: That is how it goes at our house
too! Personally, I like having hubby grill while I stay inside and
prepare the side dishes. I figure if I learn to grill, I will have
to do it all! (Although I am sure it is not that complicated… I
have gone out there and flipped things a few times, when he gets
distracted and I figure I better flip or we will be eating a very
“blackened” – not in a good way – meal.)

Susanne says: “There’s nothing better on a warm summer
evening than a juicy burger or a nice piece of grilled chicken with
a side of grilled veggies. Don’t you agree? But up until last
year, I had to rely on my husband to grill these meals.
I hate to admit it, but I was scared of our charcoal grill. It
looked complicated and a bit dangerous. This summer though, I decided to
give it a try myself and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to cook on the
thing. There’s been no stopping me since.”

No matter if you are a complete beginner or a
grill-master, you’ll find some great tips and delicious recipes
